Our kitchen design, renovation and installation service is divided into two main phases. In the first phase, we contact you after receiving your request, understand what you need, visit your home and study the best solution for your kitchen with you.

Then we continue the process with a private visit to our showroom, where you receive exclusive attention without rush to choose materials, finishes, layout and project details.

In the second phase, we manage and coordinate the order, delivery and installation of the kitchen, so the design defined on paper becomes a real, functional kitchen adapted to your home.

In a standard process, we work with an approximate timeframe of 5 to 7 weeks to complete the full kitchen project, from the first contact to the final installation.

If an issue appears during the installation of your kitchen, we do not leave you alone. At DLG.studio we coordinate and mediate the solution, review what has happened and manage the necessary steps with suppliers, factories, transport companies or installers.

We can also help you process warranties, resolve delivery errors, manage pending parts or claim any issue related to the order or installation. Our goal is to support you throughout the process and help you close the project properly.
